Woodlands Country House is set in 1.5 acres of beautifully cared for mature gardens, rockeries and water features. Woodlands has won many awards for it's gardens, which have been proudly cared for by John O'Sullivan over the years. The courtyard, which is surrounded by stone outbuildings is a pleasant setting for afternoon tea on the patio.

Woodlands has won many awards for it's gardens, which have been proudly cared for by John O'Sullivan over the years. The courtyard, which is surrounded by stone outbuildings is a pleasant setting for afternoon tea on the patio.

The house is nestled in a woodland area which makes for a beautiful tranquil setting.  Woodlands, once the home of the finest millers in Wexford has a small river at the end of the garden. A beautiful stone built bridge, was once the meeting place of all the young friends and lovers in the area.

There are beautiful mature trees in our garden, and orchards abound with fruit in season. The vegetable garden is totally organic, with seasonal vegetables all year round. The gardens are a sight to behold day or night, with flood lights strategically placed to give a wonderful romantic setting, with the scents of flowers and shrubs.
